How a connection is spent

Reading and creating biodatas is free. A connection is spent only to see a guardian's contact details, and seeing the same biodata again afterwards costs nothing further.

When a connection is returned

• The number is wrong or dead and contact could not be made.
• The bride or groom was already married and the biodata had not been taken down.
• Something material in the biodata turns out to be false.

When it is not

• A proposal was refused. Being turned down is not a fault.
• Contact was made but the conversation went nowhere.
• The account was closed for breaking the terms.

How to claim

• Report it from the biodata page, stating the reason.
• Once the reason is verified, the connection is returned to your account.
• A cash refund of unused connections can be claimed once, within 90 days of purchase.
• Cash refunds go back the way the payment came in; gateway charges may apply.
